We are thrilled to announce the release of our new message center!

A feature that will revolutionize the way you communicate with the candidates on our platform. Our new message center has been designed with you in mind, providing a more streamlined and intuitive experience that makes it easier than ever to send and receive messages, organize your conversations, and access important information all in one place.

With the new message center, you will no longer have to navigate through a cluttered inbox to find the messages that matter most to you. Instead, you will be able to quickly and easily access everything you need in one centralized location.

We believe that this new feature will greatly enhance your experience on our platform, and we can't wait for you to try it out! Whether you're a seasoned user or new to our platform, we are confident that you will love the new message center and all of the benefits that it has to offer.

So what are you waiting for? Log in to our platform today and start experiencing the power of our new message center for yourself!

Follow these steps to learn how to use our message center:

  1. Log in to the platform as a "business user."

  2. Find the new message center icon, represented by a circle. Refer to the image below for guidance.

  3. Under "conversations," you can see the communications you've had with candidates, as well as the pipeline (in this case, "Account Manager") to which they belong on the right-hand side. Clicking in that space and it will show you the candidates with whom you've been interacting. Refer to the image below for guidance.

Something to keep in mind: the first message should be sent under the candidate's profile. The ongoing conversation will then take place in the messaging center. Refer to image below for guidance.
