Compare your candidates assessment scores to the selected Benchmark in a Pipeline or to other Benchmarks in their Packfinder report

We let you visually observe and compare where a Candidate’s Packfinder results land in a Benchmark.

In order to see this, please first select either a custom Benchmark or Personality Traits in a Pipeline and go to a candidate's profile view in that Pipeline.

NOTE: Workwolf Benchmarks do not provide the feature!

In the candidate's Packfinder section, you can quickly see where the selected candidate matches or doesn't match the ranges, and also, how far away they are scored from the ideal range.

How to compare the candidate to other Benchmarks or Personality Traits?

If you want to test this candidate's score against other custom Benchmarks or Personality Traits, just go to their Packfinder report ('View full report') and click the 'Compare' tab.

Here you can freely select any Benchmarks or Personality Traits and instantly see where the candidate scores.
