Please follow these steps to ensure you can log back into the platform.
1. Make sure you are trying to log in to 'Personal Account' and NOT to a Business Account
2. Use the email address you registered with and turn off the Caps Lock when typing your password
3. If still can't succeed, reset your password HERE
4. Check your emails (and SPAM folders too) for the instruction to complete the password reset
5. Login with the new credentials
