You can find your active Screener Questions in the Pipeline view in the 'Job Details' tab.

Scroll down to the bottom section of the page and see the questions you already applied.

You cannot edit existing questions, however, you can remove them by clicking the X and adding a new one. Select from some pre-defined templates or create your own - it's totally up to you.
