If you managed to record a video and the page doesn't respond after clicking 'Submit', it is because the video size is large and the system is reducing it before completing the upload. In this case, please record again and wait a few minutes after submission.
If your issue is different, please follow the generic troubleshooting steps:
Try using different browsers and/or devices (phone vs PC...) and record again
Once you recorded your video, hit the 'Submit' button and wait. It might take a few seconds or even minutes to see a reaction from the platform (some videos are large and it takes time to reduce the file size)
